7:00 PM The minutes for June 9, 2009 were read and accepted with changes noted. Sarto shared information about the All Boards meeting scheduled for June 25.

The proposed deck will be extended 28’ x 12’ from the existing deck. The new deck will extend 5’ beyond the side of the house and be connected to the patio.
Voting in favor of the project were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, Fred Beaulieu and Todd Mayo.

Bill Cantell, their builder presented the plans. The Brady’s want to renovate the house and will not exceed the foot print of the building.
A site visit was scheduled for June 26, at 5:30PM.
A continuance was scheduled for July 14, at 8:00PM.
